The basement space is divided into three:

1. A family room which can be used as a billiard room, and includes a plasma television and an English yard with lighting.

2. There is a living space for the maid, which includes a bedroom, laundry room, shower room, and lavatory.

3. There is a separate "Cinema Room" equipped with the ultimate in technology available today, which is also sound-proofed, and includes a nicely designed bar, and diversified lighting, which can be set to light colourful, or strong lighting, in accordance to your specific needs.
